Welding Pullup Bar Projects

ciofeche'S DAY ??????

premise: with two crap I would absolutely participate in the competition held by Alex and Mari (our Other World Cooks )

contest or not ..... today is a ciofeche

on what I start ???????
ok ..

begin by saying that today the day started wrong!

not only because of the time ... indeed ..... I am the kind of girl who loves the rain and sentimentalist in general climates meditative ... (I'll explain later ...)

But this morning, it was a day ciofeche it is immediately understood. I do not want to dwell in explaining why ... there are valid reasons .. pre-cycle? alienating work? Spring ?????

mah up to 17.30 however it had not been resolved. I go to the supermarket and take the second Roll puff pastry (I know that they are heavy) to make the pie CHICKEN of Sigrid .... having already cooked chicken from the evening English and some mushrooms here and there, I said let's take comfort from the Anglo-Saxon food (even the weather helps) ..

all so happy (finally) prepared with the usual Ammmmore dinner ... everything runs smoothly: even raw, this mess, just inspires me !!!!!!

then, mindful of one of millemila of Rai Sat Gambero Rosso, I decided to make some sort of LITTLE APPLE AND RASPBERRY PIES ... or pies with apples and raspberries and serve with vanilla ice cream ....... uauuuuuuu (howling at the moon)

























for cupcakes .... (There will be 4 - 8 cm diameter)
1 roll puff pastry ready

granny smith apple 1

raspberries 1 tub

butter 1 egg white walnut

1

sugar to taste

grease 4 muffin molds, or souffle, and sprinkle sugar

peel and dice the apples and then brown it in a pan with a knob of butter and a little 'sugar. after a couple of minutes off the heat and add the raspberries.

cut the dough into 8 disks, the diameter of the molds 4 and 4 a bit 'bigger, then use them to line the mold. place the fruit in the molds (even with that wonderful sauce that you created), then seal with smaller disks. use the album as "glue" to attach the two disks together and to adhere to the surface sugar.

bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. invert the cakes onto a plate, let cool slightly and serve with ice cream cream (but there is also good cream)

pity that once processed .... as the mussels have opened UFFAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
