after this time, cut the roll into slices of 5 mm thick and sprinkle with sugar (use a boxcutter looking sharp to avoid tearing the dough).
in the pan swivels to put some distance between them, because they widen in cooking.
bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. double-check anyway because they put very little!
WOULD BE well accompanied by a creamy sauce, with cream or slightly sweetened and mounted .. but even so not joking
