for those who do not know my husband and I have lunch almost every day for snack time .... :-( But that is not just a snack, in short, to 14.30 if you sit at the table .. the afternoon, once you've fixed everything in the kitchen has already blown away ....
usually does not deprive us of the pleasure of a good pasta, but sometimes it happens to have even less time than usual, and we do a second faster
at lunch today that I was alone, I took a nice fillet of turbot bench the fish market .... and the face of the frugal meal!
Turbot fillet SCENTED ORANGE
Serves 2
a roar - and make it the fishmonger fillet
( prawn 1 - nice tribute)
1 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
orange powder 1 pinch
* 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 head radicchio
red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar
2 sockets
salt and pepper to taste
* I discovered the orange powder on the blog of the cooks of this world
here
low heat in a pan with bottom pan and a tablespoon of olive oil, bay leaf and half a clove of garlic, then brown well before the fillets of turbot part of the skin, then passed 2-3 minutes, the flesh side. Add a pinch of orange powder, salt and pepper to taste, cook another 5-6 minutes with the lid.
In another pan, brown the other half a clove of garlic with a tablespoon of olive oil, add the radicchio bunch of pre-washed and divided into 4. Allow to simmer spraying everything with a tablespoon of vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.
preparation time about 10 minutes total .... and nothing but frugal meal!
