What Is An Outboard Rebuild

EHM .... Danube again .....

I was haunted by the Danube tried the other day, and as I said, the more sweet from salty (I am a lustful)
after it finished - it took just eh to be honest - I immediately thought of another way to fill this wonderful pasta
so that today, slightly varying the basic recipe, were born ...

HONEY AND CHOCOLATE ROLLS DANUBE

500 gr 00 flour (I used the flour I really manitoba 0 Great Miller ....)
250 ml whole milk, eggs
2 whole
80 g butter (I used 60 g and 20 g normal demi-sel)
fresh yeast 18 g salt

4 grams sugar 2 teaspoons
chocolate 150 gr
wildflower honey
4 tablespoons granulated sugar to taste

then, first thing crumble the yeast in a bowl and dissolve by adding sugar.
warm milk and softened butter (I did it in the microwave for a few seconds at low voltage)
mix the flour with salt and eggs, add the butter and work well. then add slowly the milk and then the yeast dissolved. knead a few minutes.

(I can not wait to take a worthy machine to knead things .... right now I have a thing multipurpose schappe that mixes .. simply turn ....)

put the dough in a large bowl and let rise: it must grow three times, I let a couple of hours and at times erupted ...
past this time flip the dough on a floured tray, deflate it and work it a little. roll out with rolling pin, giving a rectangular shape with the long side facing down.

chop the chocolate with the knife, reducing it to chips and spread on the dough. if honey was as solid as my own, low-temperature melt, then spread on the dough, too.
then roll the rectangle from the bottom trying to let in all the filling.
cut into slices of 4-5 cm and place in a baking dish (I chose the rectangular time) always a little 'distance between them.

let rise again 1 hour 45 minutes, then brush the surface with more honey and distribute the ubiquitous granulated sugar. bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes

hmmm .......

I think it's a must-try changing from time to time the filling ... apples and raisins, chocolate, cinnamon and sugar .... mascobado in short, the mix is \u200b\u200bperfect, you have fun!
