What Is The Myth About Itchy Palms

LEMON COCONUT PLUMCAKE

here like last night, wanting to make muffins for breakfast on Sunday and not having all the ingredients, I decided to come up with a loaf ..
and came out a lovely little thing :-)























ingredients

170 gr flour 00
50 g potato starch
grated dry coconut (coconut flour)
30 gr granulated sugar 100 gr
baking powder 1 teaspoon
150 gr ricotta cheese
eggs 2
butter (demi-sel ) 100 gr
1 lemon (juice + zest)
limoncello / 2 tablespoons limoncino

Meanwhile preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
to make this recipe I used the same procedure of muffins, or mix together the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking powder, lemon peel and potato starch), except for those wet (ricotta, eggs, sugar - the only dry half to liquid - lemon juice, butter, melted and cooled), then add it all together with a few turns of a spoon.

wrap a cake tin, pour the mixture (which will be less liquid than the muffins) and bake for 45 minutes, then turn and leave in oven another 5 minutes.

I wanted to finish everything with the lemon glaze ..... Then this morning .. it was too early to certain refinements ...
