here's another recipe for my friend Silvia, who is a vegetarian and that, being born in Bologna, had combating culinary tradition of this land .. pig for the fair, the feast of pork, rind of the bazaar, the jubilation of lard ...

CROQUETTES MILE TO THE TASTE OF CURRY










ingredients (about 30 croquettes)

miles precooked * 200 gr
water 1.5 lt
salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
onion 1 / 2 medium carrot

chopped parsley 1 tablespoon dried bread crumbs

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons
rice flour 2 tablespoons curry

* I wrote precooked .... without knowing why ... uh huh .. I used to say it all the miles that is in the department of bio supermarket

miles boil in salted water until it will become more or less dry (if you want you can also cook in the vegetable broth is so flavorful already .. but .. . go to taste)

brown in 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion in oil with the parsley, and carrot, and finally reduced to brunoise peas, salt and pepper and cook 5 minutes.

in a bowl, mix millet, vegetables, cheese and flour.

in another bowl mix the bread and curry. I put two tablespoons because I wanted to feel good taste.

spend a little bit of oil on the Crook, a final dusting of breading and then off in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

not believe that a so healthy stuff was so good and tasty :-)
